These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services provided by Kresta Cleaning Solutions Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We offer professional cleaning services, including but not limited to:

• Residential Cleaning

• Commercial and Office Cleaning

• Airbnb and Short-Let Property Cleaning

• End of Tenancy Cleaning

• Deep Cleaning

3. Booking and Payment

• Bookings can be made online, via email, or phone.

• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept payment by bank transfer, debit/credit card, or via our payment partners (e.g., SumUp, Anna Bank).

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee.

• If we are unable to fulfill a service, you are entitled to a full refund.

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

5. Access and Safety

• Clients must provide safe and adequate access to the property.

• Pets should be secured during the cleaning process.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or hazardous.

6. Liability

• We are insured and take care to ensure your property is safe.

• We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.

• Please inform us of fragile or high-value items before service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
